Laser Treatments

In this form of treatment, light is changed into an intense beam of energy. By the process of SPT (Selective Photo Thermolysis), the energy is absorbed by specific components of the skin to achieve specific alteration in skin structure. Our dermatologist shall choose the best type of laser to accomplish the needs of your skin.

755nm Alexandrite Laser
The unique 755nm wavelength of this Alexandrite laser system has high melanin absorption characteristics, with proven results in permanent hair reduction (best for fine hair and fairer skin type) and pigmented lesion removal (best for more superficial pigments).

12600nm CO₂ Laser
The CO₂ laser is an ideal tool for removing moles, skin tags, warts or seborrhoeic keratosis from the skin. The precision laser beam directly vaporizes the unwanted lesion, with minimal pain and wounding, and practically no bleeding, and the least damage to the surrounding skin. Most lesions can be removed in one to two sessions.

Q-switched 1064nm Nd: YAG laser (‘Laserfacial’)
This state-of-the-art technology is the epitome of non-ablative skin resurfacing –meaning that there won’t be any wounding after each treatmentso you can carry on with your life straight afterwards. It is particularly effective for wiping out (both superficial and deep) pigments in the skin and also helps in reducing pore size. Treatments do not affect your usual daily life, so you can achieve beautiful skin without sacrificing those precious annual leave!

Long pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser (‘Lasertoning’)
This laser reduces pore size, tighten skin effectively with no down time and minimal pain. It can also be used to remove unsightly capillaries near the surface of the skin and for permanent hair reduction.

Our Medical Director's comment: This treatment is way too under-used! It visibly shrinks pores and increase skin tone.

N.I.C.E. (Non-Invasive Collagen Enhancement)
This laser's special wavelength penetrates deep into the sebaceous glands and dermal collagen. This laser system is FDA-approved for treating acne, acne scars and reducing sebum production, and many dermatologists agree this is the golden standard of laser acne treatment. It is also very effective in painless wrinkle removal and skin tightening.
